The Pelikan Pens Canada Shop only delivers within Canada.
All products are delivered from Pelikan Pens Canada in Ontario.

We ship your order once payment has been approved and your address is verified. 
All payments will be subject to both validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. In the case of the card issuer refusing payment, we will not process the order and will contact you.

All payments are processed in a secure manner.

We take great care in ensuring that your order and all payment details are held securely. We are however not liable should a third party have accessed the data whilst ordering.

We do not accept returns of merchandise except in the case of manufacturing defects which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We do not resell used pens and only provide new goods purchased from the official licensed wholesaler.
